Marketing Manager

About The Position

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop, plan, execute and track high performing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and achieve demand generation objectives 
  • Help marketing team achieve strategic goals and meet KPIs
  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns across email, social, digital, event and other channels
  • Run digital campaigns across organic and paid channels, analyzing results and optimizing future efforts
  • Create, test and refine product positioning and messaging
  • Direct and manage internal and external resources such as designers or agencies 
  • Monitor all marketing project requirements, deadlines, schedules, dependencies and costs
  • Create compelling marketing content (e.g., blog posts, social media posts, collateral, presentations, etc.)
  • Research competitive offerings and identify ways to effectively demonstrate company differentiators
  • Provide regular status reports to fellow team members and management on marketing projects
  • Assist in developing effective company marketing strategies
  • Assist in creating and tracking marketing budget
  • Stay current with new technologies to improve marketing processes

Requirements

What you're bringing:

  • 3+ years of proven marketing experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated strong business writing ability
  • Experience in executing campaigns that drove quantitative business results
  • Strong analytical, data-driven and testing mindset
  • Experience in developing compelling product positioning and messaging
  • Experience using marketing automation platforms, CRMs and other related marketing software applications and technologies (e.g. email, online advertising)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Team player; strong bias towards collaboration
  • Experience in copywriting, web design, SEO, online advertising and/or analytics a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field; advanced business degree a plus
  • Marketing certification / education preferred
